Policies.

Cancellations:

Must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If cancellations are made with less than 24-hour notice, 1/2 of your appointment total will be charged to the card on file for waxing, express dermaplaning, lash, and brow services. $50 will be charged for any facial service without notice.

No Shows:

There will be zero tolerance for no-shows. Your appointment will be charged in full with the card on file.

Late Appointments:

The Skin Studio has a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you will pay for full service, even if you do not receive your full-time due to tardiness. If I cannot perform it with the remaining time, you will need to reschedule with a $10 late fee. If you choose not to reschedule, the cancellation policy will be enforced.

**I understand we are all humans and life gets crazy! If an emergency happens, please contact me. I am willing to work with you and waive fees in appropriate settings. These policies are in effect to be able to enforce when my time is being abused. To ensure I am able to provide the best possible service to all my clients, especially the ones that arrive at the appropriate time, please arrive on time or give notice!
